Jessica Rau Lasiter serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Partner, Producer, and Creative at Timeless Talent Management, a comprehensive talent management and podcast company based in Los Angeles, California. In her multifaceted role, Jessica is integral to the company's efforts to represent a diverse range of actors and creatives, offering individualized strategies to ensure their success in the entertainment industry.

 

Beyond her work at Timeless Talent Management, Jessica's journey is a testament to her extraordinary resilience and creativity. At the age of 19, she was diagnosed with a debilitating neurological illness that gradually took away her physical abilities. Despite this, she found innovative ways to continue pursuing her passions, particularly in graphic design, by developing adaptive methods to control her laptop with her feet.

 

As the founder of Jessica Lasiter Consulting, Jessica offers expertise in graphic design and consulting, specializing in website design, branding, logo creation, and marketing materials. Her ingenuity led her to not only overcome physical challenges but also excel in her work, even after losing the use of her arms, hands, and voice.

 

Jessica's entrepreneurial spirit expanded into the film industry in 2023, where she serves as an Executive Producer for her own movie, "HOLD ME." She also plays a key role at ANVL Entertainment, working as an Executive Assistant to producer Holly Carney and supporting various Hollywood projects from design and branding to investor relations and media coordination.

 

In addition to her work in entertainment, Jessica also serves as the Executive Assistant to Tauseef Qadri, CEO of Cavago, a company specializing in equestrian services. Here, she manages communication, investor follow-up, team coordination, marketing support, and host operations.

 

Jessica is also the Global Advocacy Director for Fundraising and Marketing on the board of the Rama Dressage Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to leadership, community service, and advocacy.
